"While these people obviously Habla English, they don't read and understand it. Asked for a quote on auto insurance. They said policy would be $159 a month for "some insurance". I asked them to send quote as an attachment so I could compare with current policy. What I received was a request from them to give a review of their service. Honestly, I would not touch this agency with a ten foot pole. For what it is worth I can't believe they are even licensed in NC to sell policies. They do not comprehend english."
